I'm in Saratoga (the part that effectively borders Cupertino, Campbell, and West San Jose). I shoot at Sunnyvale R&G (preferred), Los Altos R&G, and Reeds/Target Masters.

Hey everyone. New to the forums and the gun world. Have shot a few times with friends at Jackson and Reeds in the past but just getting into it myself now. Picking up my first gun, a Glock 17, on Monday and excited to go and shoot at Chabot and other places in the area and meet new folks.

Not to take away from the bay area forum but if you live in Santa Rosa, Lake county would also be a place for you to shoot and get involved.

Geographically, Lake, Mendo, Sonoma and Napa are all user friendly for the area.

Hi everyone. I'm new to both these forums and the gun world. I'm also new to the fatherhood world so my time is limited but I'm still interested in local events. I live on the peninsula so this CG chapter is definitely for me. Hope to check out an event soon.

MKMS reporting in from Campbell. Im down to help out if any. My only off days are Sunday but I do get out early on Sat. Im willing to volunteer given my schedule permits. Im glad we finally have our own chapter!

Great to see a Bay Area Chapter! Many thanks to all in getting this set up. I'm a disabled vet here in San Jose, looking forward to meeting local folk and hopefully getting some range time in, or as we used to say in the business, some "lead therapy"

Oh, I was also a hardware and software architect and helped build many Bay Area companies during the "boom" so, if your a Techie, you may already know me

I'm from Oakland, but originally from Fremont. Currently deployed to the 'Stan... as you can tell from my handle.

When home, I shoot at Reeds or Target Masters, want to try more places, but prefer my buddie's ranch in the middle of nowhere...

I split my time between San Francisco & Sonoma. Chabot is a terrific place to play, and I am totally in for a camping/shooting trip. Build it & we will come.

Yo guys and gals!

My name's Jon Chung and I'm from San Bruno. My main range is Jackson Arms,
though on my adventures, I've been to Target Masters West and Reeds. Both are awesome ranges.

I am actually gonna be heading to Jackson Arms this week, either Tuesday or Thursday. I don't know what time possibly early afternoon.

Hello everyone, I'm Nemo. I have recently been introduced to the world of firearms and have wanted to become more experienced at handling and eventually owning my own. For some time i lived in Sunnyvale and would try to visit Target Masters once a month or so but i have since moved to Dublin and find that with my work schedule it is tough to make it back.

I would very much like to meet up and get some basic instruction, tips, etc to learn from those of you that are more skilled and knowledgable.

I've been shooting shotgun and pistol about ten years and live in Central San Mateo County. I shoot mostly at Los Altos Rod & Gun or Reeds. Just getting into carbines and rifles. Glad to be among like-minded folks!
