1.Warrior One-Riverside
*Seem helpful, just a little too serious. Prices are a bit higher than everyone else

2.Turners-San Bernardino
*Very friendly, long lines, but they treat you right, and a few pretty/sweet girls.

3.Turners-Rancho Cucamonga
*Very friendly, they can usually move the line quickly

4.Bass Pro-Rancho Cucamonga
*Frienly, but the lines are looooong, 2-2 1/2 hours to purchase a fire arm.

5.Ammo Bros-Ontario
*Prices are high, employees seem tired, gun smith thinks he's the cat's meow, good inventory, gouged during the scare.

6.HIT-Upland
*Friendly, fair prices, have the AK tools, ammo prices a bit high.

7.Bullet Barn-Upland
*Family owned, friendly, old fashioned (in a good way).

8.Calarms-Ontario
*Cool guys/girl, decent inventory, fair prices.

9.Bullseye-Riverside
*Nice service, decent inventory, has some odds and ends, fair prices.

10.JW-Riverside
*The guy is hit or miss, I had an ok experience, does not gouge like other.

I just did a SSE pistol about a month ago and didn't find anyone in the IE who would do it. I went through OC Armory because they were the closest to me. There is another shop in the Oceanside area doing it that might be closer for those in Hemet/Temecula but the name escapes me at the moment.

If someone does find a place in the IE doing SSE I hope they will post it up in a separate thread for everybody.

If I'm buying a gun its usually going to go though Turners in Rancho. If I'm buying ammo locally, its Walmart or Bass Pro Shops. Most of the ammo I buy comes from an online source.

I'm really surprised nobody is/started doing SSEs out our way. I was hoping someone would chime in with a spot because I've got a few items on my wish list. Plus with the 10 day wait and the 1 per 30day handgun crap in CA, I'll be making multiple multiple trips.

Bullseye - great guys and best prices in the region. Growning selection of used weapons.

Warrior One - very friendly and helpful. Prices are higher than most.

Turners - check the weekly ad.

Centerfire - used to have a great rotating selection of used guns. Friendly and helpful. Very small selection of new weapons.

Hi my name is Benny i'm new to the forums, I live in the Temecula area and was wondering if anyone knows of any shops that could order me a Spikes Tactical lower for a decent price. I have been to Faith Armory but didn't see any lower receivers so I did not ask. Thanks.

I just had my first trip to Bullseye last night to put y down on another stripped lower for a new build my wifes a nurse so I had all three of my kids with me, 8months, 3, and 5 so to say the least a handful. Most gun stores look at me odd when I bring my kids in with me but my wife being a nurse shje works when im not so if im heading to a gun store 8 out of 10 the kids come with. The guys at Bullseye did not seem to mind my children at all even conversated with them, all in all I love the shop and there prices great guys all around

I've been to Bullseye a couple times now for ammo and AR parts. The guys there are informative, and are willing to answer your questions.

WarriorOne is a very clean and professional shop. I haven't purchased anything from them yet, but looking to get some AR parts from them soon.

Ammo Bros in Ontario/Cerritos had pretty good/ok prices and selection (bought a few things from them about 6 months ago... I think prices have gone up since).. there customer service is pretty bad though... bunch of douches working there... the managers at both places are aszholes.. especially the Ontario shop..

Turners San Bernardino is pretty decent.. they re all actually pretty nice guys.. a few cute girls working there

I like Basspro for optics and the occasional good ammo find..

DAS in San Diego area has a lot of good SSE and harder to find stuff.. made the 1.5 hour drive out there a few times..

Turners in Temecula rocked!Made me a deal on my HK even though i was late for the sale price by a couple days. When they mistakenly let me take my Glock home without paying the remaining balance on the credit card, they just called me two days later and apologized for not running my card right the first time.i lived down the road so i was not too pissed, gave me a free box of 10mm ammo, HSN out of Montana.Nice staff, very professional, young and truly enthusiastic. @benneeblanco from The Bronx, they had that Spike's in stock when i went in for the holidays,a couple were sold right then as i picked up aforementioned Glock.Check em out.

If you already have your gun setup for SSE and it is good to go, then Bullseye in Riverside will bring it in for you. They just cleared a mini ak pistol from atlantic firearms, and it was SSE.

They were talking about doing SSE in house, but it is messy if you do not have all the parts and they could only do 1911s so far. So that has not looked good. BUT, they DO get in 22lr ammo from time to time and they DO get all kinds of cool guns in too on a daily basis. Oh yeah, they are friendly also and there is a low FUD rate if any there. If they do not know they are not afraid to ast like they know it and lie. They will tell you.

I'd check out user Baboosh on here, he runs 2A Zone in Rancho Cucamonga.

Extremely friendly person, and his transfer/SSE prices can't be beat $50 for transfers including DROS, and that plus $50 to convert most pistols to SSE

Bullseye Sports in Riverside are knowledgeable and only $50+Dros for out of state transfers, beats most.

I second that. I've gone to Turner's since 1996 but have bought my last 3 guns from 2A zone. Jamie & his wife treat the customers like they are friends.

Try 2A zone in Rancho Cucamonga. His user name is BABOOSH on calguns. I've bought 3 gen4 glocks from him through the SSE, great guy to deal with. He advertises in the commercial sales forum.

Bullseye Sports in Riverside, CA on Brockton has out of state FFL transfers for only $50+$25DROS+tax!!! Not that $75+$25DROS+tax everyone else has.

AND they don't charge extra for a second long gun out of state transfer. AMAZING deal!!

I'm working with Norco Armory right now on getting my first firearms. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They made a recommendation to combine my DROS to save money. Thanks to Norco Armory for looking out for their customers. Excellent first impression. A+

Has anybody ever got any work done at HIT ARMORY in Upland? I just called them and talked to Joe and he seemed real friendly and offered some good info. I liked what I heard and he also mentioned a process called "Cerakote", has anybody ever had this done? Sounded like some good stuff.

I just inherited some of my dads guns which have not been fired in a while so I am looking to have them clean them, lube them, and maybe even Cerakote them.... Can anybody offer some input on this shop??

Dynamic Gun Sales in Yucaipa. It's a small shop but they will order anything in for you and these guys are fanatic 2nd Amend. supporters! Always happy to facilitate a P-to-P transfer too They are behind John's Philly Steak on the boulevard, storefront business.
