SCAR comes with three shades of "FDE" anyway, so why not mix things up?

Got the 17 for $2500. Couldn't pass it up and don't really care it's not fde. Will be adding optics soon.

Nice. Why does it have to be FDE? I like the black too. I would find a better scope mount for the 16 though. What you have will work, but a better mount would be better for your scope and be more secure. JMHO
