I think no matter how much CGN grows at some level I still think of it as the small forum and community it was a just a few short years ago.

I am very aware of how much we've grown and where we're at but that small part in the back of my mind still goes 'WOW!' every day.

Excellent! I view this effort as a means to fight back at the slow chipping away of our constitutional rights, not just gun rights. But the intent of the opposition is to weaken all of them. Every means to push back on each one will add strength to the efforts to counter the opposition. Be this I mean, support Calguns, NRA, Heritage Foundation, and any thing you can afford to contribute to that represents a constitutional right. Although we love our guns, at this point in time, your ability to keep them in the future will depend on dollars and not bullets. And in the long run it is infinitely cheaper. Not since the Civil War has the foundation of our society been more at risk than it is now. Sorry for the rant.

CGN is technically a *for profit* corporation, however it operates much like a non-profit (please note that donations to CGN are NOT tax deductible)

Just sign up and then cancel the subscription in GP the next day. It won't renew if you cancel it.

had the same concerns after signing up, but will most likely become a yearly contributor
as this site has saved me money & made lots of new friends
the 29$ is a bargain if you consider how much $$$ you can save buying used nearly new equipment @ calgun prices
