Holosun is looking to add to the team in 2023. We have two positions available for immediate hire of well-qualified applicants.

Both positions are full-time, non-exempt, on-site positions with working hours of Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm in City of Industry, CA 91744.

Compensation (Applies to both positions)
• During 90-day introductory period: $3,000/month
• After 90-day introductory period: $3,300/month
• Bonus Pay: Generous, performance-based annual bonus

Available positions:

RMA Processor
An excellent candidate for this position is proficient with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, ERP systems such as Quickbooks, Netsuite, or similar invoicing and inventory software, is organized, and has excellent communication skills.
Training is available for well-qualified applicants.
Responsibilities include:
• Processing RMA submissions in a timely manner
• Provide RMA numbers to dealers and distributors upon request
• Update customers on RMA status as requested
• Maintaining a safe, clean working environment

Customer Service
An excellent candidate for this position has excellent communication skills and experience providing exceptional customer service by phone, email, and in-person.
Experience with firearms and optical sights is beneficial but not required. Training is available for well-qualified applicants.

Responsibilities include:
• Providing excellent customer service by phone, email, and to walk-in customers
• Effectively communicate with customers regarding technical questions, product information, replacement components, order and warranty updates.
