Anyone know if there is any trace left of the old academy today?

Class of F1-91 myself. Dave Joslin, Carl Ishii...and Alfie as well.
The old academy is almost entirely gone, there may be remnants of the old driving course and pad, but that's about it. They tore out the range a long time ago, and I think a lot of the guts of the range went up to Tuolumne County for upgrading the Sheriff's range. The old Army barracks that we had classes in and served as dorms have all disappeared - they had kept one section of one for a while to use as an office, but the last time I was in the area it appeared they had finally torn that one down too (probably about time, when we had scenarios in one, sparks started coming from the lights forcing an evacuation.) The gas house stuck around for a long time, but it too has disappeared in the last decade - they even took out the telephone pole that was in the middle of the exit ramp.
Modesto Junior College has basically converted the entire area into the ag campus and West Campus, with new classrooms and such.
The Modesto RCJTC closed up a long time ago, and then was somewhat reincarnated as part of the new training center out on Crows Landing. I heard that all of our class plaques and such are out there now.
