Default Brownells has SPP
To anyone interested or desperate, Brownells has / had SPPs available for $100 / 1000, limit 2. I'm passing for now, but if you REALLY REALLY need them . . . .

Be patient, prices are coming down...maybe not on brands you're familiar with, but they are SPP

I've seen Brazilian (can't remember the name) SPP for $70/k; including shipping and HazMat. The Catch is that they don't ship to CA
