Simple green makes purple HD cleaner and degreaser.
Amazon has it. I think I dilute it 1/3.

I have a Hornady Lock-N-Load ultrasonic cleaner that works well with a solution of 1/2 liter each of white vinegar, tap water (we have pretty neutral water), a squirt of Dawn and a teaspoon of salt. Not always the brightest brass, but it’s squeaky clean - just don’t want to leave it in too long or it discolors.

Vinegar and water mix, set at high heat.

After rinsing vinegar solution, rinse agin with baking soda, rinse again.

vinegar water dish soap mix. Rinse with baking soda + water.
