Little late to the party but Christmas has been turned into nothing but commercialization for the vast majority. I see it as just as a celebration of the birth of our Lord and Savior on a day that can be universally recognized, the winter solstice. If you have kids or grandkids its a great time for gifts to show how much you love and appreciate them. Husbands, wives or significant others, why not? But for me getting being much older the whole running out to buy gifts that someone may or may not like has no purpose. It actually turned into giving and receiving gift cards only. What the hell is the point? I just wish everyone a Merry Christmas and just buy 1 or 2 gifts for ones closest to me and pretty much tell everyone else no gifts. Besides, don't some "re gift", giving away the stuff they never wanted or desired? Its just better spending the time with those close to you, that is a gift that is appreciated, at least for me.

"...which from their verbosity, their endless tautologies, their involutions of case within case, and parenthesis within parenthesis, and their multiplied efforts at certainty by saids and aforesaids, by ors and by ands, to make them more plain, do really render them more perplexed and incomprehensible, not only to common readers, but to lawyers themselves.
