Yeah, that's what it says in the description. It should be noted that sometime in the 90's there was a large importation of Korean made M1 Garand ammo. Several lots of these were bad and had brittle brass...... they would tend to split at the case head, down through to the primer pocket. I had first hand experience with those failures twice, which resulted in powder, gas, and debris ported to my face. No physical injury, but wasn't fun.
You can Google the head stamps that were considered to be the problem, but for my part I tore down all the rest of my rounds for component value. That was about the time I stopped buying surplus ammo, as well.
