Placer County area (Roseville) FFL for off-roster PPT

Hello all, looking for the best FFL to do an off-roster PPT in Roseville or Folsom area. Anybody have any info/experience? All help is greatly welcomed. Thank you!

Nor Cal Gun Vault in Rocklin is good - I drove up from the Bay Area to do a off-roster PPT there; in and out in 15 minutes.

I just did a PPT with them, 4 weeks ago. I arrived early, seller a bit later. The employee took our paperwork, and we waited for an hour, nothing happened. Seller had to leave at 1 hour after we started. I had to stay another 15 minutes to finish. Total time was 1.15 minutes, longest time I ever had to do a transfer.

Staff said, during our conversation, that the store has a new owner.
When a shop stalls this long to do a transfer when no one else was there says to me that they do not want to do PPT.

Are you sure it was the Nor Cal Gun Vault in Rocklin and not the Gun Vault in Mountain View?

The one in Mountain View did have an ownership change, but to my knowledge Nor Cal Gun Vault was not affiliated in any way and is still owned by the same family.

The one in Rocklin. I drove 3 hours from Mtn.View to get there.
