Thanks for your feedback. Well...I don't want to bring this up to the national level. But I think if we don't believe in our products, we wouldn't offer a 5 year warranty. Isn't it？

Regarding the warrior x, I had talked our customer service team and believe the issue you stated could be solved.

As long as the warrior x you purchased is not more than 5 years old, you can exchange it for an upgraded version or the same type of product. Please complete the form of Warranty and Repair(link below) and provide the serial number. Our customer service team will be notified and they will send you an email to follow up on your case and get it resolved.
