Best place to shoot shotgun

Looking for the best place to shoot shotgun in the east Bay Area. Getting an 870 back from Vang Comp in a few weeks and want to run rounds through it.

Martinez Gun Club for trap; USI in Concord for 5-station sporting clays, or Richmond Rod & Gun Club for trap or skeet. The latter requires non-lead shells which they sell on site.

Most places only let you shoot slugs if your looking for tactical stuff. 2 hours out , my favorite place is Oroville to hit steel rapidly with buckshot.

Field Sports Park in south San Jose allows slugs on the 100-yard range and shot on the 50- and 100-yard ranges.

What kind of shooting you looking to do 25 yards and less with buckshot?

Csnnot use tactical shotgun for sporting no clubs will aloow it. Most have minumum barrel length. That is for trap/skeet/ sporting clays clubs.

This. They have 2 or 3 lanes you can move your target as close as 10 yards I believe, I see people use them to pattern their bird or buckshots.
