Default Recommendations for Sporting Clays and Skeet Instructors???

After a long time away from the shotgun sports, I am finally getting back to it. For the past couple of months, I've been shooting at courses and clubs around the Sacramento area. Does anyone have recommendations for a good sporting clays instructor and/or a skeet instructor? Had an instructor I worked with every week when I lived in So Cal but that was almost 20 years ago. I am more than a little rusty and sure to benefit from some quality instruction. I checked out the National Skeet Shooting Association website and the National Sporting Clays Association website. But hoping that the Calguns community has suggestions in the Sacramento area. Thanks in advance.
