Magwell extension. I have four C-More optics on various competition guns. The interchangeable dot module is a great feature. 2-16 MOA. The plastic models do need to be re-zeroed occasionally.

Its odd that they disallow suppressors...although I suppose the weight would limit muzzle rise and be an advantage. Do they do the same oddball ready where the 'buttstock' touches the hip (some of these gun game rules really crack me up) Don't get me wrong...I like gun games too, but I swear that sometimes the rules are as bizarre as progressive gun laws.

The issue with suppressors is that they typically don't activate the shot timer for an accurate score. My local club used to allow them for their steel challenge "style" matches and it was very problematic.

For USPSA, sometimes the ready position for PCC is buttstock on hip, sometimes low ready pointed to a painted mark down range or muzzle touching a mark on a barricade. It all depends how the stage was set up.

For true Steel Challenge matches, always on the standard low ready aim point, 2' high and 10 feet in front of the shooter.

In my experience suppressors simply require the person with the timer to be much more diligent about catching action noise. Similarly, catching dry-fire from a hammer fired pistol isn't a problem if diligent.

Effectively the same problem with people shooting bunny-farts in cowboy action shooting. That results everything being 'Rifle not last'

The C-More comes on the current Czechmate, too.

Not really looking to "win" the thread. Just trying to provide entertainment/motivation for all.

A ton!! Definitely not something I’d want to run around and do a bunch of room clearing drills with. It’s awesome for laying down prone and popping steel or whistle pigs though.

7.62x51mm. Cyclic is 1200 rpm or 20 rds/sec. Shooting with the bipod makes for quite a shove on the shoulder!

Wow, .308 buzz saw. Does it hurt on the shoulder as much as it does on the pocket?

Yes, but you have to get rid if them if you lose or give up license, They are good if you like cheap shooters while you are licensed.

A mg dealer in the Rustbelt had a couple of transferable full auto M5s. I think he wanted $23k each. That was a few years ago. Don't know if higher or lower now. He had some Thompson too. Wanted about $25k each.

No problem there. Since SOTs cannot build MG anymore without paying ITAR as of April of 2020, the no law letter post sample market has exploded in value. Just go on GunBroker and search on "no law letter" in machine guns for dealers going out of business or changing their entities.

The nice thing about getting rid of them is you usually made thousands off rentals and can afford to buy full transferables. I paid $5k for my mg42 back in 2017. I sold it for $15k when I surrendered my sot. I made about $500 each time I rented it.

My post sample rentals paid off my 10 acres gun range in a year. Now the land is worth almost 10x what I paid.

Congratulations on your new CGC MOD9. I have a MOD9 and it’s a great suppressor. Light, balances well, is very good on sound reduction aka quiet and has a nice low tone when shot on my pistols and PCCs.

How do you like shooting the Ruger carbine with the can? Do you use the heavy 147 grain ammo in it? I will be taking my Ruger carbine with my can out for a try in a few weeks.

Looks like a beauty to me. I did the jungle walk at Knob with one. They give you two full mags to finish it. Apparently a lot of shooters are very bad and use up all that ammo. I had one of the best times and only used about 5 rounds of the second mag. I used to have a semi-auto but foolishly sold it because it was boring.

In an unfortunate bit of irony, when new Vectors (Uzi clone) were available my interests had drifted towards an even stupider and more expensive hobby (cars) and I could easily have bought many full-auto Uzis with the money I had saved for a much stupider car. By the time my interests had drifted back to machine guns, availability had disappeared.

Very cool! Wish I had made the trip to KC before the end. There's always the Big Sandy shoot twice per year with similar events, about a 2 hour drive from here.

The Jungle Walk was cool, I imagine you can find youtubes. You walk along the creek, which is semi-jungle like (can't do that at Big Sandy) and find targets along the path. Sort of like Hogan's Alley. Bang the plates when you see them. There are also targets in the creek, which you're supposed to hose with a continuous burst.

I take it you guys have all seen the big price drop in Century Arm imported MKE AP5 MP5 clones. I already have a MP5K clone and when the prices dropped I decided it needed a big brother so I bought one for $1,179 from Atlantic Arms. It should get here tomorrow.

My plan is to SBR it and install a fat handguard and A2 fixed stock. Anyone have an old A2 stock they are not using?
