Default Assault Weapons Dealers
Anyone know a dealer licensed to purchase assault weapons in the bay area or Sacramento area other than LC Action?

Placer Tactical has AW permit. But I don't know if they are buying any from people.

Are you looking to sell an AW to a CA dealer, or have one transferred in and sold/ DROSd to you with some type of LE exemption?

Just to follow up on this - if I wanted to order a non complaint AR15 from out of state, could an AW Dealer take receipt and disassemble the non compliant parts to sell as a ca compliant AR15? Would I need to have ca compliant components added?

Nope.

Per CA DOJ BOF doing this is grounds for assault weapons permit revocation and inventory confiscation. [PC 31005(b)]

Firearms need to be made CA legal before they are imported into CA.

To add there are plenty of middle men that can help you get this done for minimal dollars while utilizing a non AW licensed FFL closer to you.
