So who went? Crowd was a little lighter than last time I went but still respectable. Ended up buying 3 off roster handguns and saw more I'd of considered so better than average show but usually it is disappointing.
Usually it's a bust but the times I do score keep me going back occasionally. I saw a Swiss Sphinx 380 for like $450-475 I should have probably bought it. Also a S&W pre lock model 15 2in $550 I should have tried to get it a bit cheaper I rarely see them but don't really need it. Also saw a Mossberg 590 bullpup $400 I'd of bought but I already have one. Most stuff was overpriced one guy wanted like $400 for a single shot Brazilian 410 shotgun his table was all gouge. Rick's pawn there had a HK USP 45 $395 not bad at all but grip was pretty banged up and worn like a cop or security guard carried it a lot. $5 parking is lame. There was actually some pretty decent looking women there which was nice. Turners set up at show a salesman was being obnoxious and pushy but I did sign up for the $200 gift card raffle. The $400 XD 9mm deal with all the extra they had there was decent comes with like 6 magazines. For some reason Lancaster is usually a better show than Victorville but Victorville has free parking. Stopped by the Gun Shop range on way home. I like the no private party transfers sign on door that seems to be permanent now. I hope DOJ has something to say to them about that eventually. |

Yeah they have sign on door saying they won't do them. It used to say they wouldn't do them on gun show weekends. Even though they don't set up at that show.
