This combined with OAL rejecting AW regulations is bitter sweet news with SCOTUS letting us drown Monday by not hearing peruta. I fear this is a short term win, 9CA will Reverse the block

It means the status quo stays the same for now, people already in possession don't have to get rid of them.

However, in reading the injunction, it seems plausible this judge has issues with the 10+ ban in it's entirety, although that isn't the issue being addressed in the case.

Two weeks. Back into limbo unfortunately. I would keep them but not use them in public yet.

Judge Roger Benitez was born in Havana, Cuba and nominated to the the 9th circus court by George W. Bush. This will probably be overturned by some Obama nominees.

The judge says the law approved by voters in November takes away gun owners' Second Amendment rights and amounts to the government taking people's private property without compensation.

Why feel bad for them?

Your 10+ mags are still not protected from over zealous LE Agencies and the Politician's Agendas that they pay homage to, by intentionally misreading existing statutes. So they can steal your SC mags and claim they are a nuisance without you first being enjoined by a DA. Which directly removes your right to "Due Process"

You feel bad because people wanted to follow the law and didn't think there was enough time left, especially if you had alot. I only have a few from those days so I was lucky.
