I tried searching but cannot find out who makes this ammo. It's in thin plastic ammo cans and is labeled as shown.

The Talon is: L C 7 2

The New is: PPU 30 CARB


They both have new brass, no signs of being fired.

Talon Manufacturing used to make ammo from .gov teardowns but they went out of business about 10 years ago.
