German Drilling
The time has come to let go of a between the wars German Drilling that has been in the family for many years. I currently have a COE and a FFL03 and have only ever sold C&R handguns and understand the laws for selling these but not a long gun. Can I ship to another 03, do a ppt or need a 01 for transfer? Curt

You can ship to another 03 out of state or a 03 w/COE in state, or you can transfer in person to those same folks. Any buyer who is not a FFL will have to transfer it through a FFL.
