Anyone familiar with Arken glass. Watched a video from YouTube University & looked impressive for FFP & under $500

For what they cost it's a grand slam. I compared a SLH4 6-24 to a PST Gen2 3-15. The PST had better edge to edge clarity, color, more durable and reticle that is day light bright, but is @ 300.00 more. If all you can spend is sub 400 go Arken, but if you can swing it the PST is a better all around optic.

They are pretty great for the money. Glass is decent but the turrets are the real value.

Use code Cyclops to get $170 off a combo pack and free shipping.

I think they are a good value for the money, but I have yet to find a review that didn't sound like a shill. I picked an Athlon BTR over Arken for my "budget" optic because I got a better sense of Athlon's reputation and support through CameraLand NY (a great vendor for optics). I know that CameraLand has a great reputation through Snipers Hide forums, and I bought it knowing they would take care of me if there are any issues. I've been really impressed with the optic over the past several years.

This isn't to say that Arken is bad - they have a lot of happy customers. But they have a unique business & marketing strategy that caused me some hesitation - but that's also what lets them offer lower prices, since they're not paying for huge marketing budgets.

Having seen and used both the Arken and Athalon BTR myself I can say the Arken is ludicrously better. The BTR is a good value, but the Arken hype is well deserved.

You won't be disappointed. Use that code that cyclops gave to get their little goodie pack....those guys give you everything you need, literally.

Not overkill for your rifle man! Good shooting!

I prefer to buy American as much as possible too. BUT... your phone and literally anything you have is made in china or has components made in china.

Are you gonna not buy all that stuff and go live in a cave? Be the first guy to dump his Chinese anything...dump your phones and computers and tv's...and you car. Then let us know how its going.

^^^^^Agree^^^^^ Ain't it odd that you ask about the quality of a product and there is always some knucklehead giving their political and or moral opinion instead.
