Christian (FPC) v. Nigrelli
This is out of the Buffalo courts...A judge has struck down the portion of the "New York State Sensitive Places" law that said you were presumptively a felon if you carried a gun and you walked onto private property, if the property owner hadn't expressly stated/posted that it was permissible to carry.
Equally important is that the state of NY asked for an immediate stay to the order so they could file an emergency appeal, and the judge told them to pound sand, that he was not going to allow a clearly unconstitutional law to stand for one second. This is good news as you may recall the California law that the Sacramento tyrants are trying to pass also had a presumptively guilty component to it too. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SHi_jZjKCcU
