Interesting. It looks more like a front sight style “training” facility than a range. It also looks really expensive.

Website is confusing. 100 bucks to use a 700 yard range for 4 hours. I’ll pass unless it turns out to be a good (great) range.

Well, the website appears to be as antiquated as Front Sight's.

Seems like an interesting range. Terrible, terrible website though. It’s thoroughly confusing and hard to understand what their range is all about. But a long range range like that? Looks very promising.

$28 per hour to shoot long range, that seems high to me.

It would take 20 minutes just to walk out to the targets and back.

The web site is a bit confusing. A high overhead picture of the rifle ranges would be nice.

Being a good shooter doesn’t make one a good business person. I get that most of us aren’t shark tank millionaire tycoons, but some semblance of customer service would be nice. I really don’t understand why businesses think CS should be the last priority. You’re looking to spend money there, but have a few questions. Why they can’t answer them is beyond me.

It sounds like they want to be police department shooting trainers that fill in range time between government groups with people that have money to spend and will go through hoops to shoot there.

Update regarding Astoria Range. I went there today and shot there long distance rifle range 200,300,350,400,500,550,600,650 & 700 yard targets. That range has nice concrete shooting benches with an adjustable seat. The shooting area is well covered, safety protocols are followed. It is definitely a very good place to shoot. If your in to shooting pistols or carbines they have several dedicated ranges for each.
It worth the drive

1 1/2 hours. The guys running the range are very low key, former military and law enforcement. The steel is very good quality, set at known interval distances to calculate your range cards for hunting applications. The shooting benches are on concrete with more than enough room between shooting stations to allow someone to shoot from positions.

Rapid fire allowed for all calibers? Astoria sounds like a nice alternative to LGRGC.
