You can also pull a list of DROS transactions and sort by county, race and birthdate.

I surrendered my CCW in 2018 since I left the state. What are the chances my data is still around?

Likely. It goes back ten years for many.

I would think fight fire with fire. Compile a list of our Anti Gun legislators and any and all others involved and post it. Names, address and phone numbers. What goes around comes around. Sounds fair to me.

I got a letter today to my old address…I too left in 2017. It’s out there. It is a breach for someone to open your old mail….but all people are law abiding…😂

I thought it rich to see judge Morrison England among the CCW data. He ruled against CCW without good cause in the Prieto case. Of course Scotus has now said otherwise.

Carry for me but not for thee. What a hypocritical jack%#@

U.S. District Court Judge Morrison England Jr. in Sacramento supported a policy by Yolo County Sheriff Ed Prieto, who says applicants must have a reason, such as a safety threat, to legally carry a hidden gun.

Who here has signed up for the credit service, for this info blunder ?

And what (if anything) have CG members done about this ?

I just received my notice, that I'm also a part of this breach.

Is this something that needs my attention. Or ignore this possible fishing expo.

Thanks

Default CRPA Has Answers

Here's the link to the CRPA site CRPA. Somewhere on here there is a note that taking the credit monitoring does nothing to your status in a later class action.

Hackers or other nefarious actors didn't "breach" the AG web site. Links were provided on the site so that anyone could click and easily access the data.

I only speak for myself in saying I will take a pass on this insulting offer of Credit Monitoring by the AG or any other state agency. I'm more than capable of monitoring/freezing/securing my credit & financial info.

As the AG has provided a "road map" to criminals by releasing this data, my concern is for the physical safety of my family and myself. Bonta, as despicable an individual as he is, he's not stupid. ID Theft is a valid concern, but, imho, not the #1 priority. He's aware of the severity of the consequences. He refuses to address them.

Lawsuits are progressing. Bonta needs to be removed from office. We need to (as always) keep our heads on a swivel.

Same attitude as all democrat office holders in the state. Hypocrisy is in their makeup. When it comes back to bite them, it makes me a very happy man. Needs to happen to more of them and I have a feeling it will.
