I will be digging through my PMs, emails, and all the posts and creating orders based on who requested guns first. It will not be perfect but I will do my best to get an very fair order sequence.

Starting on 1/15 I will be sending out invoices and PMs requesting info if there is not enough to make an invoice.

There is no eta on these guns.

I am already getting cancellations because for some reason there is a small group of individuals that did not see all my notifications that there is no eta on these guns. Those folks that had me make invoices will be allowed to buy when the guns come in but NOT at this price. As the CA legislation moves forward to ban 99% of centerfire guns prices will go up. I doubt the bills will fail. If you were governor and you just had the first major terrorist attack on CA soil since WWII with a majority of voters that hate guns do you think you will let your political career be destroyed by being targeted as the guy that ignores his voters? The 89 ban was due to a school shooting. This ban will be due to fear it can happen in intimate settings like a small Christmas party.

I am at the top of the list for these guns. I just do not know when they will be in my hands this year. I ordered these guns last year and I would not be doing this order if I thought I would not be getting them this year. Even if I do not, these funds are here for a gun. If I have to buy it from one of my network FFLs I can do that. If you decide to cancel you will be refunded because another guy will take your spot. I have shut down backorders for these guns on my website so all of them can go to CA. National customers can only put in a notification request and I am not selling them until no one in CA wants them. Do not waste my time having me make invoices for you and then decide under 24 hours later you don't want to buy. It has a severe impact on getting other work done. If you are the least bit concerned about your money being held here in limbo DO NOT ORDER. When they are here they will be anywhere from $600-1000+ depending on the progress of the bill only because these are already hard to get. Middleman conversions will go up in price as demand increases also. If I have to work 17 hours a day to pump out guns before December I will need to pay doctors, therapists, and more employees to keep me from blowing out a gasket. That all gets passed on to the guys that always assumed CA will loosen its gun laws.

I only know I am high on the list for any that arrive at my distributor and I have 120 on order in black, fde, and odg. They are glock 19 and 17 models.

Price shipped and CA converted is $525 for black and $545 for fde or odg.

Only cashiers checks and money orders are accepted. No credit/debit accepted. This makes it easy for you to cancel at anytime and not cost me money in processing fees. The only way I can lock these in is if I have the funds to pay for them in advance in case I am allocated a lot at once. I do to want to miss out on any guns so only pre-paid is allowed.

There will be no selling spots in line. If you cancel the position is eliminated and everyone below moves up a notch. It is too much of a headache adjusting orders and this is not a group buy.

I already talked to Prince50 about doing a special run of bullet buttons for me so enough will be available when the guns arrive but I think they will be trickling in as batches of 10 or 20 at a time. I already have a small batch of buttons here.

If you are not willing to wait several months for this gun then do not order. I have no idea how soon they will be in stock for me and I do not want anyone asking for updates. Once you order and send a check the only response from me will be an emailed receipt and an emailed tracking number when the gun finally ships. The only correspondence I will accept is for order cancellation requests. All others will be ignored because I am busy shipping guns and parts to other calgunners that are waiting patiently.

I don;t want everyone getting excited but I am expecting sub2ks either this month or next. The only negative is most are black G17 models.

I will be getting very few .40 models and beretta models in different colors.

You have a few choices:

After all the black g17 orders are filled and any oddball orders you can do 1 of the following:

1. cancel your order for refund
2. take any available black g17 models
3. take any unsold oddball models
4. pay a small fee to get the exact model you want
5. Apply your keltec funds to another firearm or accessory. Since oyu waited so long and so patiently I will substitute a different item far below typical retail price. Galils, Scorpions, Arsenals, etc will be priced in your favor. Scopes and similar too. No discounts for ammo and mags as there is no margin in those already.

I do not know when I will get tan or odg glock models. These guns can be shipped next year with grip wraps as long as no new laws are passed. (check with a lawyer first as I cannot guarantee featureless guns will be accepted after 12/31/16).

I am paying a premium to get these guns to you. I prefer to refund but since it has been so long I am absorbing any losses to get them into CA. I do my best to keep my word and the only thing holding it back is zero inventory.

Just to reiterate, I think that any 9mm model can be switched to another color and magazine config with parts from keltec so if you don't like the color or the magazine you can spend a bit and have what you want. If you wait for exactly the gun you want, you might miss the deadline.

Everything I've read indicates that there's Glock and there's Other, and you can't swap between them.

Things should be breaking loose this week on SUB2K orders.
I am paying a premium for the ones I am getting and they will most likely be black 9mm glocks. It looks like kel tec is shipping out G17s mostly.

If you want to cancel let me know so I can refund.
If you want a black G17 the price is $600 converted and shipped. I am taking a loss on these but I have had your money tied up for so long I want to make this group buy complete so that all my clients and I can close this out feeling everything was done as fairly as possible. I have been hounding my distributor for almost a year on this order and the supply has not been able to keep up with demand. I can honestly say not 1 single sub2k I ot has not gone to this group buy. I could have easily cheated the system as I had plenty of higher offers but that is not how I operate. I am simply wooried that no sub2ks will be in stock anywhere in 2 weeks so I am willing to take the loss so I can get the guns in CA by early November.

Any money already paid toward the gun will be credited toward the $600 final price. I don;t think you will find another sub2k converted and shipped into CA anywhere else for $610 so while it is not the price we were all hoping to see it is still lower than market price.

I am still trying to get fde and odg g19 and g17s but those are even harder to get. If oyu want to 100% have a sub2k 9mm Glock model in CA before Veterans day please email or PM me so I can take the balance and get your gun to you. If oyu want a refund email or PM me also. I will need your full name or invoice number to find your invoice.

I will be working my way down the list over the weekend to see who wants refunds and who wants to pay the difference.

I already have a few refunds/credits for other guns I have to go through so everyone on the list that wants a gun should be able to get one.

I have no guns here to ship.

You both have the following choices:

1. Wait until next year for a grip wrapped model to ship.

2. Pay an additional $400 for expedited overnight shipping so I can get the guns in Ca by 12/1/16. No refunds allowed if this choice is accepted.

3. Have your transfer FFL contact me stating they will accept your gun as late as 12/10 with a bullet button on it. If you are not able to complete the transfer oyu will pay all shipping costs to have it returned to me and pay for a grip wrap to be installed and pay for shipping again to CA. No refunds allowed if this choice is accepted.

4. Take a refund.


I have been very fair. I took a loss on all of these guns. Other dealers would have cancelled everything or even ran away with the money. We have all seen it. I worked for free on these and I paid others to convert these at my expense. I begged buyers to cancel and offered incentives to do that. The time has simply run out for bullet button guns. You do have options. They are not good options but these guns were not guaranteed to be in Ca in 2016 and I did not pass laws or endorse politicians that made these guns even harder to get. I did my best and I am sorry if it was not good enough. I am the one losing here, not you. You lose nothing and can get a full refund. I lost thousands on this and am taking the loss as best I can while making decisions that are not in my best interest but are looking out for my clients.

You both have until 5pm MT 11/21/16 to chose oyu r option or I will refund.

It is not here yet and I do not know when it will arrive. My priority is bullet button guns so if you want it shipped with a bullet button it can go out immediately. Grip wrap guns can transfer after 12/31.
