I just received my second purchase from Primary Arms and it was a flawless and perfect. With both purchases I received an email updated within 24 hours that my items were ready to ship with a tracking number. Seeing that I live in Texas (where Primary Arms is from) I received my packages in two days!
I had a question about a gas block and barrel I purchased. I called their phone number, that is easily found on their website, and due to high call volume I was sent to voice mail. I though good chance I ever hear back from them, well it wasn't to long after I left the message that I did receive a call back and was quickly helped with my issues. I couldn't have gotten better service.
I will recommend Primary Arms to all my friends and family.
