Here's my Yugo M70b1. I built it on a nodak receiver with the help of a fellow calgunner. Just went featureless today....

Feels good doesn't it? All my ignorant friends still say "your rifle looks lame with that grip on there now."

Oh well. They will learn one day. They can have their bullet buttons and magazine capacity limits.

It's great! With the angle of the MM grip it shoulders just like any other rifle.

Right on! I personally prefer the angle of an A2 grip wrapped in Solar Tactical Kydex to the MonsterMan but both are awesome choices.

Many of my friends see featureless as lame but in reality the muzzle brake helps me out a lot (though it is loud as ****), and I really don't NEED my magpul afg or a vertical grip. The lack of my thumb around the grip really doesn't bother me.

Dropping mags with your finger and the ability to use hi cap magazines trumps bullet buttons, flash hiders, and forward grips all day everyday.

Furthermore I shoot lefty (I am right handed but left eye dominant) and I can FINALLY utilize ambidextrous magazine releases!

Did you use one of those AK to AR grip adapters for that or is that one of the ak specific monster man grips?

I used the Ace AR/AK adapter. There was a bit of dremel work involved just to get the adapter to seat properly on the rifle. I think the Yugos might be different from other AKMs. Once I got that to fit then I had to file the fin down a little bit at a time so it fit under the stock with little to no gap. It took me about 3 hours total....Maybe 2 1/2, my wife made me come in for dinner.

It's a great feeling dropping that 30 rounder.

No features on this one. (That's a YHM brake BTW. Not an A2 Flash Hider)

Finally finished converting my rifle to "featureless."

I will never do another bullet button rifle again. Featureless is great.

Yes, the ACS is pinned (hidden under the cheek weld locations). I am using an SJC Titan brake, along with the Solar Tactical kydex grip wrap.

OOOOOOHHH sooo SICK!

IGF brake & kydex grip wrap:

Now it has a MAGPUL stock, harris bipod w/qd mount on a 1913 rail I put on the wide forearm, HENSOLDT FERO Z24, 3-point sling... it's almost a crew-served weapon but I like it.

I was thinking about getting a "featureless" Suomi M 31.Where can I find info (PC 12020) that supports the use of high cap mags?
