Default consignment/PPT, seller died.

Hypothetical. How would you DROS a gun on consignment when the seller has passed away? If the FFAS was done in his name, do you DROS it from his children who would inherit the firearms?

His end of the transaction was done when he was alive. DROS the transaction as normal with his information. Money goes to his estate.

I have DROS'ed handguns as PPT's from deceased individuals with no problem. As long as your buyer is not denied, you should be gtg.
