Default List of steel-framed, tube-fed, pump shotguns

I feel like an anomaly. I can't seem to shake my bias for all-steel construction firearms, and I hunt for them all the time; I love the heft in my hands. It's a personal preference that many in this modern age of advance plastics and light-weight alloy probably don't share. More power to them but I like what I like.

That said, do you guys know off-hand of a list of steel-framed, tube-fed (not a Saiga/VEPR mag-fed, for example), pump shotguns, OTHER than the Remington 870, 870 clones, or the Rock Island M5? I have in mind specifically shorter barreled, non-NFA shotties, say with a barrel length of 18-20" maximum. I've been looking and many shotgun manufacturers don't market or care to list the frame's material construction, which makes researching more of a pain.

I had actually meant to post this in the 'shotgun discussions' sub forum instead of the gallery...

Anyone know?

Well, since you did post in the gallery subforum - take a look at the Winchester Model 1897 and Model 12. Good old fashioned American steel.

That Model 12 looks great. I looked online and all I see are 30" and similar barrels for it. An 18" would be magnificent.

Many of the older out of production guns. Like Stevens 520 or 620.

I chopped and rebeaded that one, it was around 30” - now it is 18.5”.

I've been digging more and found an interesting one:

Savage-Stevens 350 Security Pump

It is a Chinese knockoff of the venerable Ithaca M37 design. Steel framed, bottom-eject, supposedly very well built, very cost affordable.

This thread seems interesting. Hopefully more come up
I just got a Winchester Ranger 120 that I’m slowly learning about. I want to swap the barrel and use it for hd and fun but barrels aren’t cheap for it but I don’t want to cut the original since it is in really good shape and has the Winchoke
