Default Spyderco Customer Service

I just wanted to post up and say how stoked I am on Spyderco. I sent in an all stainless Endura in vg10 for a sharpening. I dropped a little note thanking them for a great product and service, saying that I work in EMS and rely on that knife daily. The knife was pretty hammered, I’d snapped and reground the tip, chipped off several serrations, used it as a hammer, etc. I was willing to pay $20 to have the edge reworked. Instead I got a whole new knife. This knife seems a little lighter and smaller in the hand. So far I like it. The machine marks on the blade are definitely sharper, I may have to smooth out the thumb hole. So stoked on spyderco, they have earned my loyalty.

Spyderco is one of the best companies out there. I just got back 4 knives that were messed up. Broken tips dull messed up locking. The fixed 3 of them and resharpened them and got one brand new knife. It cost me 100 bucks.

there are fine company with a great product. I would not hesitate to purchase from them. When you buy something from them, it's a lifetime investment.
