Default Moving scope forward

I have a mini with a forward rail installed and I was hoping to run the vx-r scout scope. However, the eye relief is a little short and I was searching for ideas to move the scope further back. The idea that came up was either a cantilever mount or something like this Blk 354. Any ideas what would work best?

Mini 14. I have continued looking at right now I am either going to try Strike Industries extended rail section or Yankee Machine rail extension and Vortex hunter rings. I am still open to other ideas.
