TEXAS: Constitutional Carry is AWOL....
TEXAS: Looks like Constitutional Carry, popular with the GOP base and with GOP delegates is getting short shrift from GOP leadership: governor Abbott and lieutenant governor Patrick. The only big player left to support Constitutional Carry is speaker Phelan.
