If you're asking in regards to the stripped lower, there's nothing Gen 2 about it. Its only Gen 2 in how the complete lower is presented with the change to a 308 buffer spring and a heavy buffer That's it.

PSA sure has gotten terrible about customer service.

Anyway, yes, the KS47 Gen2 upper works with a Gen1 lower. Mine came in a couple days ago.
