there were 50 pcs. of these KAC Special Run Uppers made. they include special engravings and an integral 200-600 BUIS, which is also engraved with a KAC logo. they are extremely light weight too.

good to see you here twinsen, if you're on the list of those who originally got a special run upper, go ahead and contact neil to get the cover.

Hmmm, you mean both eyes open? With iron sights I only have one eye open.

I have very bad eyesight and I do not have that problem. The smaller hole means less room for error on my part centering the front sight in a repeatable manner.

How far do you put your face to your sights? I touch my nose to the rear of the receiver. I heard someone say they do it, and figured that's a real easy way for me to repeat my cheekweld.

+1 one on this. no problems looking through the hole plus, the smaller hole means better accuracy.

My newly acquired SPR upper from Adco Firearms. It's their version of the Mk 12 Mod 1, with KAC FF rail. Steve did a great job putting my upper together within a week after it was ordered.

What grip is that?? It looks like a CAA tactical grip with a palm shelf. I actually kind of like that with the finger grooves, interchangeable backstraps and the palm shelf.

Yeah it is the CAA UPG16 with a grip stand attached. I'm using it for now until I change it with an Ergo Ambi Sure Grip.

Chuntsman 949 do you have a gold mag release? That looks pretty cool with the FDE.

Seriously Chuntsman what kinda mag release is that? It would look awesome on my SPR with the gold on my Leupold scope. Sweet rifle by the way. Lots of nice details like the way you cut out sections of the ladder covers. I like it!
