Default House Judiciary Committee Advances Bills That Would...

Actually, thus far, they've advanced three bills... House Judiciary Committee Advances Bill that would Ban High-Capacity Magazines

Quote:
The Democratically-controlled committee voted to advance three bills to the floor that would ban high-capacity magazines; provide funds to incentivize states to establish red flag laws; and make it illegal for someone convicted of a misdemeanor hate crime to own a gun...
The 3 bills?

H.R. 1236 - Extreme Risk Protection Order Act of 2019

H.R.1186 - Keep Americans Safe Act

H.R.2708 - Disarm Hate Act

Thank god we hold the Senate...but as time goes by and RINO's keep caving, I fear it could soon get to a point where that wont help us or insulate us anymore.

But of course!

The Democrats are trying to stir up their base. They'll also stir up the Republican base but that's OK because their districts are typically gerrymandered to a degree that they mostly have to just satisfy their bases and they'll get re-elected.

They don't care if it is unconstitutional. They're just looking at re-election.

They will only pass things they know the Senate won't because all the really care about is blaming Republicans.

We already have the only reasonable Gun Control we need, It's called the Second Amendment and it's the government it controls.

It is a delicate balance for them not to steer opposition too much at the same time.

Assertion that 10rd mags are "safe" is obviously dumb and infuriating, but I guess they calculated all that.
