Here's my Maadi clone.

I just picked up a Lancaster AK Pistol with red wood furniture.
It looks just like this. Except of course it has a bullet button.

My current project, Yugo M64 with the BFPU look

Just have to drill the axis pin holes and install the FCG. Didn't know if I could have a pistol grip without a mag lock if it doesn't function so the grip isn't screwed down it's just sitting there.

The angle of the stock looks drastically different than a stamped M70. Did you change something or is that just the way it is?

...Or am I imagining things?

It's a double tang receiver, the angle on the stock is just about perfect IMO.

I don't have any good single shots, but I'm sure you can pick out the AK,
It's a R.A.W. it's an Egyptian Maddi with us compliant parts, I love it, I've owned numerous Chinese AK's and sold them all off before the ban, but I had to keep the Maddi

And the other is my AK22 it's a Jager AP80, I like it much better than any other AK22's I've seen.

Run 8 you need to get a better mag lock then that. Jumbo Panda's are nice, even though I like Solar Tactical one better I have both types

Sunrise that is a clean UF AK Build you got there

Can't wait to get my 2 AK's from jail on the 15th

5 in 3 months? Barely had both my AK's for 6 weeks before I went out and bought 2 more

I would do 1:1 AR to AK ration if AR's were not so damn expensive! My new upper and parts to go with it are way over the cost of 2 AK's! Anyways I like the AK a bit more, I will have a 5.56 setup and my 9mm setup as well. Thinking about getting another lower to make things easier

Here is my FEG SA85 Hungarian that I purchased before the ban. And has been a safe queen ever since.
And is registered as an AW. She is actually getting worked on right now.
I'm placing her back to original configuration and removing the thumbhole stock. And installing 922r complaint parts and some US made parts.

And here's what I am replacing the stock with:

US made stock. No bullet botton required.

Actually, looks fine with the black grip- the only time I want to see a matching grip is on a folder... just looks less balanced when only the forearm is wood, IMHO.
