Holosun is looking to add a smart, energetic, and honest Calgunner to our Customer Service team.

This position is non-exempt, with on-site working hours of Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm in City of Industry, CA 91744.

Starting Compensation
During 90-day introductory period: $3,000/month
After 90-day introductory period: $3,300/month
Bonus Pay: Generous, performance-based annual bonus

An excellent candidate for this position is a great communicator and has experience providing exceptional customer service by phone, email, and in-person. Experience with firearms and optical sights is beneficial but not required. Training is available for excellent applicants.

Responsibilities include:
Providing excellent customer service by phone, email, and to walk-in customers
Effectively communicate with customers on topics including technical questions, product information, replacement components, order and warranty updates.
