It's obvious life, and destroying anything after that first cell division intentionally is murder.
Just following the science.

BS. Murder is the unlawful killing of a human being with malice of forethought. So, when you are pointing a gun at me in order to rob me and I intentionally shoot you resulting in your death, the death of a human being, I have not committed murder, even though I have effectively destroyed you, because my killing of you was not unlawful because what is unlawful is determined by the laws of the jurisdiction and defending myself from your deadly force attack is lawful in all 50 states. When I spray Round Up on weeds, an obvious living thing, have I committed murder? What about all of the insects I spray with an insecticide? Is my fishing license a murder license? How about my hunting license? What about the police officer who shoots and kills a person holding a knife to your throat? In these scenarios are you suggesting the we "follow the science" and, if so, how does science provide an answer?
