Mmmm, ribs!
Simple yet effective. 870 Express, Ram Line youth stock for my wife, barrel chopped to 18" and rethreaded for screw in chokes. I like looking down ribs vs. a bare barrel and I think it looks better too.

Nice looking shotgun. How much did it cost to get the barrel chopped and rethreaded for screw in chokes?

Thanks. $125 total. Chopped, new bead installed, threaded, 3 chokes, wrench and return shipping included.

Would you mind sending me a PM where you got the work done at?

Nice lookin' gun. I'd also like to know where you sent the barrel for threading if you don't mind me asking. Looking to get my 870 barrel threaded, the ability to control choke is kind of nice over just using the "Cylinder Bore" or whatever it's called on the Big 5 special Remington 870 Express Magnum
Thanks Chris |

I just noticed this in the OP's sig:
"There is no way possible for you to use a weapon from this era,and not make some sort of modifications to the rifle and have it as a safe hunting rifle. For example,if the action was not jeweled,it would not be safe to hunt with as the breach would open everytime it was fired making it unsafe." What moron said that? |
