Renewal is in the mail they said. Almost three months for me.
After 75 days you may have to goose them by email.

They accepted your CCW not your training certificate.

The don't care if you've had NRA training or not, they care if you meet the statutory requirement needed to issue you an AZ CCW.
Any training from an NRA instructor is grounds for approval of that 'checkbox' Any issued CCW for which training was required is also grounds for approval for that same 'checkbox' |

No the point is they used your CCW to meet the requirement NOT your training cert.

As others said, the hologram is gone.
Guess it’s cheaper to make them and counterfeits were just not a concern.

The card, front and back, should suffice.

My renewal is in today's outgoing mail - 91 days prior to expiration. IIRC I read someone on the app or the website that they will reject applications for renewal earlier than 90 days.

Crazy to me how wide the the gap is among applicants. Some people get their cards, whether a new application or a renewal, as fast a week and some people it takes almost a year.

New permit was 22 days for me.
When I had called to check on the status the nice lady told me it was approved and “sent out” 5 days prior. This worried me since I hadn’t received it in the mail - I thought it might have been lost. I’d imagine it was sitting approved in a pile somewhere and she then mailed it after I checked because it then came the following day.

Yes because they cashed my money order and I waited a week and a half for it to show up - when it hadn’t yet, I called.
Plus everyone I knew was getting theirs in 10-20 days.
