So have I and the first one I get rid of was the WASR

I found it to be low quality

yeah right.. only cheap ones are SLR-106's and they suck

Wasr is the way to go.

I paid $400 in 1988 for a Polytech AKS spiker. It's still in mint condition and I've seen them priced 10X that now. I wish I had the box.

I picked up lightly used Saiga in Oregon for $400 last summer at a pawn shop.(I can buy long guns in OR with my AZ DL, but not handguns)

That ad predates Polytechs existence as a commercially named company instead of just a numbered military manufacturer. Some would argue a Norinco or Polytech stamped gun is worth more but I prefer the no import marked guns.
