1811 covers DHS, USMS, USSS, IRS, FDA, DSS and a bunch of other Fed agencies I can't recall off the top of my head.

If you're willing to travel to santa barbara county I have access to private range. I work for a local Agency and even the one we use through the Sheriff is closed.

Do not know if they share, but the Redondo Beach police range is still open.

I thought the FBI had a range in the WLA bldg?
Some of the LASO ranges used to allow LEO'S from other agencies to go to Biscailuz or one of the Wayside ranges, when they were open. You could pay cash for practice ammo, at least at Biscailuz. I haven't been up there since they re-opened though. Biscailuz had one side open for casual practice, the other for qual's. I would occasionally go in civvies, but I think they want you to be in uniform. I tried calling Biscailuz yesterday but no answer. So they may be shut down right now. LAX Ammo & range (Inglewood) show as still being open, according to their website. I'd call first. Angeles range's website shows they may re-open April 13th, but I expect that will likely get extended. One of the private ranges in Santa Barbara, Winchester Canyon Gun Club, was very nice. I was a member in the early 90's. You get the gate lock code & can go in whenever you like. I believe the Burbank Gun Club and there used to be a Lopez Cyn GC (Sylmar) operate the same way.
