Default Can anyone ID this barrel???

EDIT: ar15barrels figured it out, it's appears to be a Wilson Arms barrel, thanks Randall

Hello

I was given this barrel and have no idea what it is. I'd like to sell it but don't know if I should ask $20 or $200 dollars. Here's the info and pics of it:

22" Stainless Steel Bull Barrel
Reverse Crown
Wylde Chamber
Rifle Length Gas System
1/8 Twist
Standard 6 Land Rifling
M4 Feed Ramps
High Polish
1.045" Chamber - .935" Gas Block - .920" Muzzle

I don't think it's a high end barrel but I also don't think is was made in someones garage.

If someone can ID it, I'd appreciate it.

Thanks

Matt

Hard to tell, think someone polished off material that included the mfg mark. Looks like they dremmeled in the markings as reference.

Yes it was polished and no a dremel was not used after the fact.

Those are steel stamps from the manufacturer.

Thanks

Matt

They were probably stamped by the manufacturer before someone buffed the crap out of it.

Use it for a new build.

Extra parts turn into extra rifles.

Olympic arms barrels were marked like that, usually just forward of the gas block seat, on the top of the barrel.
If the markings are under the handguards, then it could be a Wilson produced barrel for DPMS as that's where a DPMS barrel would have those markings.
Neither came polished like that.
That abuse happened after it left the maker.

Thanks for the info Randall, I appreciate it

Unfortunately the markings are about 2.5" from the barrel extension at 90 deg from the gas port. It's still a mystery.

Other than the polishing, it looks like a well made barrel.

Thanks

Matt

Awesome, I think you got it Randall

I checked their site and their blanks come in 1/8 twist so I think you're correct.

Thanks again for figuring it out and have a good one

Matt
