Dang seems like they may have been damaged in transit?
I inspected mine last night. I did see some smearing, stains which initially looked like scratches, however once I wiped it down, they came right off. Overall, I'm happy with them. |

Wow, sorry to see the damage akjunkie. Send those pics to AB, I'd at least ask if they could comp me a couple of spouts on their dime.
Speaking of spouts, for those who have installed the little plastic retainer that comes with the spout, do they hold up pretty well? Seems kind of flimsy. I installed one this morning using the plastic backing tab. I think I'm going to just put bolts and nuts with a lock washer instead. Any input from those who use this as far as how durable it is? |

Just ordered 4.
I always cycle my gas into my car in december. I was filling my sceptre plastic gas can and it split on top when it got full. Could not pour it into someones car. Split too big. I had to call the fire dept since i was at a gas station. Explained to them it was not a emergency. OMG they came with lights and siren. How embarassing. No more plastic for me.

Been gone too long. It's been 15 to 20 years since i had to shelf my guns. Those early years sucked. I really miss the good old Pomona Gun Shows. I'm Back. |
