Yee-Min is my choice. Besides being from my club and seeing first hand all he does, he is at tons of level 2's and above acting as the RM or a CRO. Besides, do it just for the walk through music.... LOL

Yee-Min has been a majorly positive influence on Richmond as a USPSA club. Additionally, he has not only competed all over the country, but has ROed at matches all over the place.
You talk to the guy and he's insightful and positive, but has never been pretentious as a leader. Things on his resume like an Ivy League education and time in the sandbox as a Marine officer, but you'd never know about it because he's not that guy that tells you about all the great things he's done. He's not the guy that is going to walk in with loud proclamations of things that can never actually get done. But he's the guy that will take a hard look at things and then get to work fixing them.
