Props to Independent Armament Co
I drove two hours to get to their store, and it was totally worth it. The store front is small, but the customer service was excellent!
 I ended up getting to their store late, as they were getting ready to close, but these guys hooked it up. They stayed after their closing hours to work with me. They took their time reviewing my order, my paperwork, and even went out of their way to show me some comparable items to what I was ordering and explained the differences to me. I was very pleased with IAC's service, and I will definitely do business with them again. |

Yeah, we understand what it's like to drive for hours stuck in LA traffic just to have the shop be close...we've been there....so thanks for the kind words and we're glad we were able to help you out!

I was there on Friday Nov. 27th doing a PPT. Two very nice guys,who are
providing good service. We need more FFLs like this,if you need an FFL in the 210/118/5 junction area(close to Angeles Shooting Range) give these guys a call. Pete

I actually feel bad that I get that kind of service and can't give Dmitry more of my business. He makes you feel like you are dealing with a friend not just a store. The logistics of San Diego to IAC doesn't make too much sense for everyday kinds of use. But I welcome the trip when I have a good reason to stop by. Anyone who has not found a reason to visit this hard to find shop needs to put forth the effort. A great little store worthy of our support. Afterall, how many of the gun stores do you visit where they let you log on under your screen name on the stores computer to visit Calguns while you wait!?! (probably should not have let that one out of the bag as it is not common practice, but it happened!) Now that is customer service and Calgun friendly!

Yeah, Dmitry and Mike are good guys, send them more business! I've done a few transfers with them and they helped me through a huge hassle when my rifle got delivered to the wrong place. They even kept me informed via Google Talk! I'll be back sometime soon for a new toy I'm sure...

Happy New Year Everyone
I just picked up my new Toy from IA and im verry happy. I also got to touch a FN Scar while I was there too. Here is a pic of the new lady I think its the first MSAR E4 in Cali. It took 3 weeks to get the gun but none of Dmitrys or IAs fault. Raddlock took a while to get the lock ready for this gun as its brand new and takes ar 15 Mags. When I finaly got the gun the mag would not come out of the rifle. It seems Raddlock had installed a wrong lock on it. Peter from Raddlock installed a 2nd Gen lock on the gun for free now its perfect. Both Great and local companies to work with.

Great support for Calguns and Calgunners alike!
Yup, the guys at IAC are great and their customer service is tops!
I recently did a FTF PPT there and I've DROSed a couple other things with them. If you like dealing with knowledgeable people who are respectful and genuinely want to help you out, then this is the place for you. |
