Default What is the best mag pouch for the shield

Iam planning to do idpa with my smith and Wesson shield and i need magazine pouches that hold three magazines. What would be the best mag pouch that isn’t too bulky and won’t fall off the belt?

I like Blade Tech with Tek Lok attachments. I also prefer single pouches vs double.

There are a whole host of options here that include competition specific mag pouches as well as others that would also work for daily carry...including the Blade Teck w/Tek Lok attachments that Paperchasin spoke of. You can take a look and see what you like as well as which ones will attach to your belt.

I'm also a big fan of the G Code Scorpion Soft Shell mag pouches simply because they are good quality and pretty universal. They'll work for just about every type of magazine which can help save some money (mag pouches are kinda expensive and add up quickly when you're trying to outfit multiple guns). They do, however, have a tactical appearance and they may not be quite as fast as a normal kydex pouch. The other possible downside to them is that they may be a bit long for Shield mags. They'll certainly hold the mag but a shorter pouch would allow you more of the mag to get a better "purchase" on.

Yes, pretty similar to the G Code Hard Shells...or the G Code Soft Shells I already linked to above.

If you are looking for one with a bit of versatility, I would take a close look at the HSGI Tacos. I have used these for USPSA when shooting different pistols that the CR Speed and similar pouches would not fit.
