I just bought and out of state (STG44) .22 rifle from out of state and am trying out Sean for the transfer.. so far, so good and I will report back at the end.
Nice to find a home-based FFL that gives good service at a good price..

Excellent professional FFL. DROS for 2 Mosins shipped (as opposed to face to face PPT) to Sean was $65 total and he had all the numbers and sections already filled out so all I had to do was my sections. I was late because my car overheated and he was helpful in squeezing me in between appointments. If I didn't chat, I would have been in and out in 10 minutes for both rifles as compared to Turner's 2 hour ordeal last time. Both these rifles were shipped by private individuals to Sean. Many FFLs will not take shipments from individuals and many individual sellers will not sell you the rifle if they have to go through a FFL to ship to your FFL.
Having a FFL with such reasonable out of state transfer fees makes me want to buy more rifles from out of state.
