Installation Note for the new AR10 Couplers: MAG|Couplers use a series of teeth on both sides of the coupler to hold the coupler tight to the magazine body.
The teeth are designed to be very tight when installed and may require some force when being slid onto the magazine body. This fit ensures a solid pair of coupled magazines supporting the recoil of the platform.
A small amount of liquid dish or hand soap applied to the teeth of the coupler will greatly aid in the installation.

Could you explain how this is legal in CA?

After you have joined two mags, how do you uncouple them? It's not clear how you can access the spring loaded "button" to slide the body off of the coupler when both mags are attached?

I'm sure its easy, but can you elaborate more on how this is done? Thanks.

Ooh, I'm totally buying these!
I've been looking for an option like this for months now.
I didn't want to buy gi mags or that fab defense one, I really wanted to use 10rd pmags.
10 rd pmags are really sweet, and I'm happy to see someone else thinks so too!
Now, if these work with a magpul maglink, it would be a double bonus!
But I feel that would be asking too much cuz you'd have to run them non-staggered,
And I may be in a very small minority of people that runs upper receivers without dust covers specifically to use with non-staggered, mag linked 10/30 pmags.

This doubles up my storage capacity and the doubling up of the magazine length makes it much more aesthetically pleasing and much more functional than a standard 10 round magazine.

Great product! My opinion: why have these over a blocked 10/30 mag?

Because you can easily shoot 10 rounds, flip the mag over, insert and shoot ten more.

Easier than reaching for another 10/30 mag from your pocket/pouch.

You can also carry more rounds in the same amount of space.
