Default Damaged Ammo Purchase -Oxnard Fixed the Situation. Thank you

Edit: The defective ammo was not in any way turners fault. The box was unopened. They ordered 3 more boxes for me and all were in prestige condition and we inspected each round and in the new just received boxes there were similar diffective rounds in similar quantities. It appears it was an underwood ammo quality control issue.

Turners made the situation right and I thank them for it.

I just purchased sone Underwood .357 flat point ammo for about $2/round and I opened the box and many(1/4 of total) of the cases are dented in and may be punctured.

What are my options with this scenario. Is the ammo I purchased today safe to shoot?

Here is a link to a photo of said ammo purchased this evening right after I got back from the 20 mile drive to get it

Edited the first post to update and absolve Turners entirely. It was a manufacturer quality control issue with underwood ammo. Turners made the situation right and we’re very helpful.

Disappointed in underwood ammo considering the cost of their ammo and claim of high performance. Underwood ammo Wasted about 7 gallons of gas and 2 afternoons with my sons.

OP:

You could have saved the 7 gallons of gas and 2 afternoons with sons. By asking in the "reloading/ammo" forum here on CG.

The ammo in your posted pic is perfectly safe to shoot.

It's premium defense / hunting ammo, not reloaded range ammo, so it was unfit for it's advertised/intended purpose, and there wasn't enough " first quality" rounds in the box to fill complete cylinders, so no, not really. It wasn't fit for the advertised or intended purpose and was not first quality. At ~$2/round, and labeled "high performance", anyone should demand better quality control. I'd still be pissed if it was range ammo and I paid for first quality and got defective rounds that should have been rejected.(not one single similar defect in 3 1000 round case of pmc range ammo)

I didn't claim that you "got your monies worth".
